June 2, 2014 4:28 pm

In an open letter to Nigerian president Goodluck Jonathan, East African Jesuit Provincial Agbonkhianmeghe E.Orobator, SJ, publicly demands the president’s resignation from office.

In an exclusive IN Network interview, Orobator explains the reason for the letter and demands the government’s responsibility to respond to the #BringBackOurGirls crisis. He also calls on the religious and international communities to take action, siting the success of community and spiritual leader conflict resolution in Northern Uganda’s sectarian conflict as a model for moving forward.
