They did not believe Mary Magdalenethat He had risen and is with us!
The Disciples did not believe several of their brothers when they shared their story— that He had risen and is with us!

If we asked ourselves what signs convince us Jesus in our midst today, what examples would we come up with?

The beauty of sunrise on Lake Michigan at 6:00am while driving into another stressful day at work?
A family (not yours) performs Irish Music on St. Paddy’s Day for a convent of cloistered Carmelite nuns. (Thanks for all the prayers.)
You observe someone carrying bags of groceries from Church to a neighbor’s house on Food Sharing Sunday?
Your neighborhood priest stops by the hospital ICU to visit a relative…because “he was in the neighborhood.”
A group from your parish supports Jesuit school building projects in Peru and East Africa.
A middle aged, wheel chair ridden ALS patient looks you in the eye and says…”Keep the Faith”.
(Name your team) makes it through the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

I believe the Risen Jesus is in our midst today.  All we have to do is take the time to see him.
