Every time I look into my closet, I ask myself “Why do I have so many backpacks?” There’s an easy answer to that: “Advertising: 14, Garrett: 0.” I have a bag to match every possible adventure, each purchased in a hopeful time, a finals week, or on a cabin-fever Monday… Adventures! What adventures am I missing while I prepare, plan, purchase, and accessorize the next one?! Maybe this is why Jesus told the disciples to bring no sack for the journey…
